tuition and policies
MONTHLY CLASSES: Tuition can be broken into 10 equal payments (See payment plan below). The first tuition payment is due at the time of registration, along with the registration fee.
***Tuition is based on the season as a whole - not classes per month.
Last week of classes ends FRIDAY JUNE 22nd
WE DO ACCEPT FLEX-IT CARDS!
A 10% discount is taken off the total tuition when more than one immediate family member dances at the future.
For monthly classes only, there is a $25.00 (single student) or $35.00 (family) due at time of registration. No registration fees apply to adult classes or workshops.
We accept Master Card, Visa, personal checks and cash. Any returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge.
If using the monthly payment plan, payments should be received by the 10th of each month. After that, a $5.00 fee will be added to your account. Please note the final (10th) payment must be made by JUNE 8TH.
The center must be notified in writing by JANUARY 5TH if a dancer does not plan on finishing the dance season. After this dance you will be considered liable for the remainder of the season tuition regardless of attendance.
All accounts must be paid in full no later than JUNE 8TH. This includes any fees incurred throughout the year such as recital and costume dues.
Accounts that are more than 30 days past due will result in the loss of privilege to participate in class until the account is brought current.
The office must have a SIGNED RELEASE FORM from all participating dancers BEFORE their first class. This form is available at the front desk, as well as on the website's "Registration" page.
For all classes participating in our June showcase, a non-refundable recital fee of $15.00 per dancer is due by MARCH 9TH. Please note that Mommy & Me, and adult classes will not perform in the June show.
COSTUME DEPOSITS: (FOR ALL NON-COMPANY MEMBERS)
For all classes participating in our June show;
*A costume deposit of $70.00 per student/class is due by DECEMBER 11TH. This deposit allows the center to purchase a costume for that dancer.
*If there is a balance due it must be paid in full before costumes are given out.
*Your costume will include tights, bows, and any other accessories needed.
*Alterations are the center's responsibility. You may be asked to do some minor sewing of elastics, straps, etc...
***The center must be notified in writing if the dancer does not plan to participate in the June show and will not be continuing the rest of the dance year by JANUARY 5TH. After this date that costume will be ordered and they will be responsible for the total costume cost.
COMPANY COSTUME DEPOSITS:
PRE-PEEPS - $240.00
PEEPS - $300.00
SHORTIES - $400.00
JUNIORS - $500.00
TEENS - $500.00
BOY'S CLUB 1 & 2 - $120.00
Company costume deposits are due by NOVEMBER 1ST.
